Elena and Resilient People

Your wellness is my passion and supporting others to become more resilient at work and at home is my goal. Everyone has the ability to ‘bounce back’ and I’m there to help you do just that with a range of techniques and skills I’ve acquired over the past 15 years.

Mixing complementary therapies with the latest research on stress management and retraining your brain, I’ve been able to look at the whole ‘wellness’ picture. Add to that the more formal reporting offered by the ‘Working with Resilience’ toolbox, an advanced reporting method used by psychologists worldwide and you have a system that provides all round support.

My success has been founded on learning how the mind and the body interact. Developing and facilitating training which incorporates that duality, has helped me to create exciting new courses to strengthen awareness of the mind and body connection using the 4’A’s as a focus. 

As a teacher and a coach of twenty plus years I’ve seen stress in its many guises and been able to help people to make the change that will see them become more focused and move in the direction they want to go.

Connecting with the land

More recently I’ve been able to turn my love of this land into special Events where Indigenous Elders share their ancient knowledge of the land. Their wonderful energy and open heartedness touched me so much that I felt I had to share it with you.
