One on one sessions take different paths according to your needs. Anxiety can manifest itself in many different ways including creating aches and pains in the body. Elena is a qualified massage therapist as well as a reflexology therapist and tutor. It may be that a session of hands on healing can support your journey to release blocks and balance the endocrine system. ‘Soft Touch Reflexology’ pioneered in South Africa is a wonderful non invasive modality with amazing results in balancing the body systems. Mixing physical sessions with Awareness Training and Qigong and practical tips to use in daily life, has had outstanding results.

Small Group Sessions:

Meeting once to learn new strategies for becoming more resilient is great. Meeting three times or more is fabulous because it gives you time chat about what’s happening and really effect change.
